So this past weekend, my Storm all of a sudden turned off then began rebooting but loading bar kept getting stuck at 75%, I did multiple battery pulls until eventually it loaded completely only to see that all my information was wiped from the device. It was strange though that the apps I had downloaded were still there but I lost all my contacts (thank god for google sync) and my pictures were still there too. But I lost functionality of my password keeper!!! I still have the icon but instead of saying Password Keeper under it, it says, "net_rim_bb_passwordkeeper" and when I click on it, I just get a white screen. Does anyone know whats going on and how I can get this back?
