    1 month tops. Try slowing down your typing at first. It was tricky as hell coming from a full touch but now I can't imagine using anything else

    Just keep your eyes on the virtual screen so that your thumb gets guided there automatically!

    Wow, it was only about a week for me. Not everything is comfortable yet; I'm having some issues with swiping up for predicted words, but I was good almost immediately with the loss of a row of keys. Good luck.

    Going from cramped to uncramped is more like it. It's actually a bit of a learning curve, moving from the 9900/Q10/Classic form factor to the Passport, but I'm getting the hang of it. No more one-handed typing, though.
