I was wondering if it is possible to have Multiple Task Folders synch up with a BB device?

As of right now, the only one I seem to be able to synch up with is the default Outlook "Tasks" folder. Any additional Tasks Folders do not synch up and I do not see a way to add them through the BB Desktop Manager.

I think the problem is the outlook profile. you can have a couple of different profiles set up on outlook, and sync different outlook profiles to the bb for the notes/tasks. but that seems combersome. and something you would need to configure every sync

That would, indeed, be cumbersome. It would be somewhat surprising to me if BB allows only the default task folder to be synchronized. After all, people can access multiple folders for their inbox, so why not Tasks?

I must be missing something...

In Dm click on Synchronization, then Synchronization Settings and choose what you want to sync.

Thanks, John. When I do that, the only choice I have is just the default Task Folder. Any additional Task folders are unavailable and the option to add any is non existent.

As akiva7777 mentioned you may need to make sure you are syncing with Outlook. Also, DM will only look in the default Outlook folder.

Thank you, John. Since the BB is synchronizing withe the default Task, but not any other tasks, I'm guessing you are correct and it is only possible to synch with the default Tasks Folder.
