My boss has a new BB Bold and we have set it up through a new BES installation. Everything syncs up nicely including his personal contact list in Outlook except we have noticed that his company email Address Book is separate from the Contact List. The contact list syncs up, but the BB does not even know the address book exists. It appears that Address Book is an Outlook email thing and Contact List is a separate entity on its own. The Contact List is accessible when creating a new email from within Outlook, but you cannot edit Address Book entries from the Contact List side. Hope this makes some sense.
Anyway, we are looking for a way to get his Outlook Address Book into his BB Bold 9000 in addition to the Contact List (hopefully with its own desktop icon)
Any ideas?
