When I sync Outlook XP (2000) with BB 8700 using BB Desktop Manager 4.1, the sync process removes Outlook's comma separators for people who belong to more than one category, thus creating numerous unwanted categories in Outlook Contacts. Does anyone have a solution for this?

You can try changing the options in dm to not allow duplicates
