I am a newbie with a new 8330 Blackberry. I am using Outlook 2007 and have had little trouble getting the Blackberry set up with an e-mail address. Also I have had no problem getting my Comcast e-mails sent to the Blackberry. The problem I'm having is that I want a copy of the e-mails retained on the desktop. There is nothing in the inbox. I have talked to Sprint and they say it isnt their problem and I have talked to Comcast and they say it isnt their problem, I cant find a contact number for Blackberry. I have checked the box in setup to leave a copy in the server. So far, no luck. I'd appreciate any help.
