so what are these god-awful blackberry outages i keep hearing about, and why havent i experienced one? verizon is TERRIBLE when it comes to BBs, so youd think id be the first one to have an "outage." how do you even know when one is occuring?? (yes i am blonde....)

Just kidding.. They don't always hit all over, they can be localized outages.

seriously though.. so it mainly affects emails only? and will your missed messages/calls/etc come through when the "outage" is "over?"

you won't miss calls, or texts but your emails will come through after service is restored.

It's just an occassional lack of BB services. One day tops usually.

well now that makes sense.. i hardly EVER email except during office hours... so i could be having outages all day every day and never know it!
