    Wow. This is very common though. Many prisoners have phones, they just aren't dumb enough to post stuff on facebook.

    Exactly. People under estimate how much the guards are in on the contraband that show up inside the prison. My brother inlaw's cell mate had a phone that was brought in by a guard.
