Post what model blackberry you have and how many years you've had it! Let's find out who's got the oldest blackberry.

The latest blackberry obviously won't be the latest a year later

No it wouldn't be. But I would buy the one launched a year later.
I always buy the flagship BlackBerry device on launch day.
Obviously I wouldn't be buying the R10 even though it would be the latest BlackBerry if it launches after the the Z10 and the Q10.

My 8310 issued from work years ago, not the oldest but sure the most beat up.
When the company folded employees were allowed to keep their phones and run out the remaining 8 months of cellular service that were left on them.

First Blackberry was the 8700c for 5yrs >9700 for 3 years and now the Z10 for the remainder of my 2 year contract then whatever smoking touchscreen phone Blackberry has to offer. I probably won't keep another phone for more than 2 years but future phones will always be Blackberries.
