We have BES exp 5.0.3 installled and approx 500 users configured on it. Last month we changed contact details (Phone numbers) of all employees in our exchange server but in blackberry still old phone number is showing, when we do lookup to any contacts and we see view contact then old phone number is still showing there & we have already removed it from xchnge server & its showing pin number as well of usesr having blackberry. It quite strange for me and tried a lot to rectify it but all in vain.
will be grateful, if i will get solution for this problem.
While updating Post on any forum......v belive..v r nt d only one facing dis issue..many oders have already faced it...............but i thnk ..m d only one who fcing dis ........:-((
