This has been asked numerous times on the board. Yes, the battery will not be damaged.

It is also not necessary to drain the battery all the way down before you recharge.

You can intermittently charge your phone throughout the day without worry of damaging or (like older battery technology) setting a memory in the battery where it will no longer take a full charge.

So go ahead, charge it all night and plug that puppy up when ever you please just to top it off.
