Default Oh how I love Sprint

Well, my first mistake was doubting my Tour. I do not want to buy a BB 7 phone because I would have to sign a 2 year contract and buy a BB10 Qwerty at full retail. My Tour was randomly rebooting, something that NEVER happens. I decided to buy a 9650 on ebay, it came with BB 6, I backed up my Tour and loaded my settings via BB Desktop software everything worked but I could not register the phone. Emails were coming in on the 9650.
Of course, I found a thread on Crackberry about the SD card causing this problem and sure enough without the SD the Tour was again flawless, but hey I'll try a new one for next to nothing as a price.
Anyhow I couldn't use the phone. Yesterday, I went to the Sprint store to register it, after enduring the young salesman badmouthing BB he told me the phone was ready, despite the fact that my email was not up to date (said Sprint's servers would catch up ).
WELL, I can use the phone but, my only email option is. Corporate, no Web based is available in the choices, AND I'm back to BB 5 and have tried every trick I know to update. I need your help, PLEASE.
    Thanks,
    Tony Renier

You can get a used BB7 device these days for about the same amount as a subsidized one from the carrier and you wouldn't have to renew your contract. Not sure why you went with a OS6 device? Pick up one of those then use your upgrade on a BB10 device and use your BB7 as a backup.
