guys i need help, im trying to recover a nuked berry but i got a problem, when the 2nd step on app loader start, the waiting for te device, it cant get past that, it shows a message that the app loader cant connect to the device, i really need help, no matter how many times i unplug and plug device its no good, no matter how many times i hit on retry, no good, help me please!!

Did you try wiping the device with BBSAK before loading new software?
