Don't know about Notifylink, but I'm using a hosted Exchange package with BES through Sherweb.com, and it works fantastic. The Exchange hosting is about $8 per month, and the BES is another $10 on top of it I believe.
i was a developer for notifylink back in the day. at the time we were pretty comparable to BES, and cheaper.. looks like they are still doing pretty big things there with the explosion in devices since i worked there. i would at least give them a look. for a smaller company, we did some pretty cool things.
