    Kind of like when I went to a bell store last July to pick up a q10 and they had no stock or display for BlackBerry. I have not been back to the store since. I suspect if I went for a z30, the shelf would be reserved for 'other" phones. From now on my phone purchases will be made online

    dear blackberry m in middle east for work m using my store network where i work i don have my personal wifi connection so frm where can i get thes incident number or wht else m using sim network for Internet why blackberry update are always complicated and giving troubles to we type of customers thanx bbz10 **** u

    Hope someone can help u. I just can't get past the "naughty26" screen name, as well as addressing the CB community as BlackBerry. I have had BlackBerrys since the Curve 8320 and never had issues with updates. So I wouldn't use "always" as u just did. I think some users MIGHT have disconnected their phones prematurely etc during updates but if u do a back up prior to updating, u should be fine. The CB community is always there with a wealth of tips and advice. And may I remind u that the IOS7 was rough at the beginning too.
