I am not receiving photos to text message from iPhone users. They do not receive my photos that I send to them either. Did I hit something in my settings?

The iPhone users will need to not use iMessage to send to non-iPhone devices.
It will need to be sent as a regular SMS/MMS from the iPhone.
Conversely, the iPhone user will need to have SMS and MMS messaging enabled to receive from a non-iPhone.

If you have switched from an iPhone, to a BlackBerry (or any other non-Apple device), you will need to turn off your iMessage account so Apple will stop hijacking your messages.

Just checked. They were using text. Do they need to close down their I message. We always were able to send pics. This is a new thing.

Interesting. I wonder if iOS 8.1.1 would fix this issue.

Not a viable solution since 99.9 % of the folks use SMS text (at least here in the USA)

Noboby in my circle of clients or friends even use BBM anymore. Apple needs to fix the issue.
