I got the latest BB desktop manager loading on my PC and the newest version for my 8820 is ready to go but the phone will not connect to the PC.
The screen keeps flashing "connecting to PC" on and off but is doesn't connect.
The usb plug is good because you can see the little charger symbol.
Also under options I made sure the USB connection was highlighted.
Any ideas for me to try?

Try opening the desktop with the bb or visa versa. Change pc ports. Just a couple of ideas?????

I'm direct into a USB and not into a hub.
All it does is flash "connecting to PC" but doesn't.

Got it working after doing a battery pull.
