I was watching the latest episode of Luther UK tv series last night, in one of the scene i saw a criminal using a Nokia E6. The interesting thing is it has Playbook UI all over it (bridge calendar, bridge folder, battery , wifi , setting icons but arrange in a very weird way). Very interesting, Am i wrong that BB phones are the only phone that can bridge with playbook ? Also ,the menu bar looks like BBOS .... i was like wtf is this BB or Nokia phone

why would they "doctored" the phone OS? Out of ios, android , and BBOS they picked PlayBook OS which is the least known

This is done ALL the time. It is almost impossible to show the actual screen of a cellphone in such a recorded medium so an image is superimposed.

This is sort of a continuity error. Nothing more.

Maybe, but that's superimposing the BBOS Menu over the PB OS over the Nokia screen...

Yeah i saw this last week i was like thats blantantly BB OS than ignored it thinking damn nokia ripping BB his hard.Clearly an edit job now you got the shot done on an original BB device.Luther is a cop so would most likely have a BB. This is $$$$ product placement at its dirtiest this might even be sue worthy.Nokia's products placement has been disgusting they were in Fast 6 and a whole bunch of stuff across TV media. There devices incredible look like Qwerty BB's as well so much filth i wonder why BB always try play by the rules **** me off.

A continuity error is (generally) unintentional, this three-source editing job would have taken deliberate effort and clearly was not. That was my point.

You don't understand how product placement works. Product placement is a form of marketing that the company pays for. Nokia is paying to have their products featured in Luther, Fast 6, etc.

To say BBRY is "playing by the rules" is ridiculous. On the embedded marketing front BBRY is not even in the game
