I have an 8320 and am on a pay as you go plan with Rogers. I have wifi enabled and am connected to my home network. It is conected through wifi hotspots in the advanced options but yet Rogers keeps telling me I need a data plan to proceed with internet access. Is this a Rogers problem or a BB problem?

It's a BlackBerry thing, you need a data plan that includes BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).

Seriously, My son has a Nintendo DSI xl, and even this toy can get connectivity without a plan.
