This has happened on my q10 before.

Can't play videos on browser or self made videos, or received video messages through text. Can't play anything whatsoever. Any solutions? I've already restarted my passport

I was never able to solve it on my q10. I would to have to restart the phone. I had to do the same thing with my passport last night. I had to do it twice yesterday. I don't want to have to keep doing this like I used to. There must be some type of fix. When I open the videos app, the app opens but it's just black screen. When I open the pictures app, I can see all the pictures but I can't open them to full screen. Couldn't watch any youtube videos either.
