Way to early to tell I would think. You might not even need Theme Builder for BB10.

What would be nice is if we could just tweak the UI by dragging sliders over for colours and it comes with per-customizable themes that we can interchange between, or an integrated theme builder, IN THE PHONE AND YOU CAN SHARE WITH FRIENDS ON BBM!!!!!!!!!
