    Help ...I cant hear a thing ...no sound alerts ...no rings ... upon accessing the sound profile , i selected the loud option..., still no rings or sounds from the phone ..what do i do ?????

    Try plugging in and pulling out the headphone jack. I have seen them get stuck in headphone mode. Followed by a batt pull. Good luck.
