I have the z10
when I had it linked to the laptop some little fingers pulled USB out

it wouldnt reload OS from blackberry desktop and Ive tried to load from blackberry any body help with this ?

Just turn the device off and follow the guide, you should have it back to work in no time (well, in less than two hours at least).

thanks for the info ive tried that 1 still wont work

any other way it comes up with msg saying counldnt load software

How about trying one of the leaked OSes with .exe file? I guess it is worth giving it a shot.

I am overhappy with .1880 on my STL100-2, although there is few newer leaks around as well.

Mods, can you please move the thread over to Z10 section?
