My Bold lost all of my information yesterday. Phone was only thing working. I reset it back as delivered v .....167. Re-sync. to Outlook. I can now receiver emails but cannot send. I get the message "no message service confirmed" HELP
I had this issue yesterday when I switched BlackBerry devices. I had to log into my carrier's BIS site a second time and confirm the switchover a second time. Wouldn't let me do anything until then.
