    - 9700 on tmobile
    - cant browse websites; "stays on the blank loading page,the loading status bar moves but nothing happens"
    - BBM, email, google maps etc work. (everything EXCEPT the browser)
    - did a battery pull
    - already re-sent service books
    - havent tried wifi yet though


    ideas?

    Yeah, do the above or go to the BIS website for your carrier and resend the service books

    Or do a send service books from the device, open the Setup Folder, then Email Setup, sign on, then press the BB (menu) button and select Service Books, then Send Service Books.
