My texing messaging and email work, and I can see that people are calling me, but when I pick up I have no reception. The people say they can hear me but I can't hear them. I can also call out but when the other side picks up, I can't hear anything. Is this just a connection issue?

I have an 8830 with Verizon, and I am not getting email or text. Very odd. Looks like service went out this afternoon about 1ish EST.
