Phone will ring audible when in Loud and Normal settings but nothing, zip, zilch when in Phone Only or custom created profile.

Checked out some other forums and advice was to remove battery for 30 seconds. Did it twice. No help.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Did you go to your advanced settings in the profile for phone only and then see if your settings are set so that it rings??

To edit your profiles:

Make sure your profile is set to Phone only

Go to your profiles, scroll down to "Advanced"

Scroll down to "PHONE"

Change settings as needed.

Repeat for other profiles

Thanks for the reply. Believe me...I've checked every setting dozens of times. My thought is that there is some contradictory settiing somewhere...OR....the phone might be bad. I've seen some posts about it.

Are you sure you don't have the profile volume set to mute and out of holster/in holster set to tone?

exactly what sunkast said. I thought my curve was not working properly as well and I thought that I had checked everything as well but turns out I had (out of holster) (in holster) set to none. It has to be set to tone. Hope this helps.
