After just now checking out the G1, I think I am going with the G1.

This is a sad day, hopefully the flip will be cheap enough, that I can get both, but the G1 is NICE.

What about the fact that it looks to be made from the leftover interior plastics of a chevy cobalt? It is easily the ugliest, cheapest looking HTC I've seen. The OS is slow and buggy from what I read. I'm all for android but it looks like the G1 is just being rushed in order to be the first android phone...

I actually like the G1 for the screen and keyboard. Plus it has a trackball too. I wish BB has both keyboard and touch screen.

Yeah BBM doesn't really effect me. This is a tough, tough decision.

I would just buy both, but the fact that you have to pay so much for both services sucks. $19.99 for Blackberry and like $25 or $35 for G1.

Where did you read that? The OS looked plenty responsie in the demo video and comments that I've read from people who've actually used the prototype were fairly positive.
