when someone calls my phone i get 2 vibs and then the ring and at that point the caller has already heard four rings also is thier anyway to turn up call vollume have the profile set at loud but not loud enough

If loud is not loud enough you can edit any custom ringtone is audacity and increase the volume. If you also want to have it vibrate and ring at the same time try vib/ring from the crackberry store (not free) or buzzme (free)
