Well...I am way to anxious on this bb....Decided I could figure out how to get the email application.I was wrong although I followed all the instructions....Downloaded it to my pc....connected the bb to the pc....was told I was successful and then when I sent to find the icon its not there....Can someone help me figure out what I did wrong.....Thanks

For me on my 8350i, after the download from pc to bb, I have to go to my DOWNLOADS icon and find it within there, then move the newly added application to where you like.

What is it you are looking to do/download? BB already has an email app...

Maybe not on the iden phone hears some icons are missing

Be sure Nextel has setup your BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) for e-mail and go online to the "nextel.blackberry.com web site and setup your account. you may have to resend the service books.

Go here and set up your BB email. When you set it up, all the email icons will push to your device as long as you have BB data provisioned by your provider.
