OK, I'm a newly minted 8330 Curveball owner. Haven't even had it 14 days yet. How practical is it for me to send this back and attempt to bag a Tour when it rolls out?

Very. The Tour is slated to roll out on the 12th. You have 30
days to return the phone under the "buyers' remorse" period.

Wait until the Tour drops, return the Curve and get the Tour.

If i were you, i would return it before 30 days and get the Tour. This is a choice that only you can make.

I believe you are allowed to return within 30 days if you are not satisfied.. Go into the store on the 12th, say you are not happy with the curve and get a Tour!

If you read the fine print of the contract under early
cancellation fee. There will be no early cancellation
fees with the following conditions:

1)Device is retuned in complete and original
condition to the store it was purchased (if customer
owned the device, condition does not apply)

2) Cancellation is requested within 30 days from the
date of the activation.

3) Your account has incurred less than 30 mins of talk
time.

So don't just assume, know the facts!
