I see that you have the 8330...read up on the unofficial 5.0 software update...try it, you'll like it.
thanks alot, that makes sense. i tried it a few days ago and bricked my phone... i couldnt unbrick it either, because i only have access to macs. if would be amazing if there was an OTA version available
