I surrender, my Storm is my first Smartphone. I've searched I've webbed and I still just don't get it. Can someone please tell me how (if at all) I can get push email from my POP account? (please explain it like I'm a 5 year old)

I have a hosted POP account for my Small business
I have the BIS plan
I have MS outlook

Is there a way to have mail redirected to my BB and to sync sent mail from my BB to Outlook?

I know I can do a direct forward from my POP server to my BB address, but this bypasses the spam filters.

Please help O wise Crackberry ones.

Thank you for your response but those links (which I have already read) do not address my questions. Let me be more specific:

1. Can I sync and push forward with a BIS plan and MS Outlook (no MS exchange)?

2. Can I sync E-mail sent from my BB to MS Outlook without Exchange or BES?

If so, how?
