    What is the simplest way to get the web browser going? Carrier is Verizon. BB8330
    Appreciate any help I can get. Also having trouble with VZ Nav.

    Are you currently subscribed to VZNav? And do you have the browser icon on your homescreen? When did you activate the phone?

    Try re-registering your host routing table, and go to your carrier's BIS site and resend your service books.

    To send service books, click the manage internet email icom (its the envelope with a gear in front of it), click service books, click send service books. Service books tell your device the sevices you are supposed to have on your device.

    To register your device; Click options, advanced options, host routing table, press menu key, click register now.

    If your browser isn't working, you probably need to call your provider. It is something on their end.

    How long have you had the service? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the internet to start working.
