    Not quite sure what you're asking, but do you mean a website launcher? An icon that can be placed on your Home screen to launch a website?

    Another option is Quicklaunch - a pop up menu from one of the convenience keys, it allows you to add bookmarks for websites and will lainch from there... (You can add people to call, email, txt, apps and other things to open straight from the menu too) Check it out, it's great!!
