This is going to be kindergarten for you experts but I just don't get it...Why is it that when I hit the menu button when I am anywhere on my desktop, I have an option to add a folder, which I can easily do, and name and personalize the folder, etc., but I don't know how to put anything in it!! It's driving me crazy! Also, if you create such files and are able to put doccuments in them, can you put a password on individual files or just the bb in general? I would like to use it like the memo pad but keep different or more private info in it.

You can create a folder to put your applications in, not files. Do that from Media > BlackBerry button > Explore. Password protection of single files is not supported AFAIK.

Say when you want to have private info in some type of password protected memopad, why not use Password Keeper? I'm on wap too so can't see what device you have but you can access it from the menu Options > Security > Key Stores.
