    Hey Guys,

    For some reason, anytime I get an email, message or bbm chat, my blackberry doesnt alert me. I have been into the settings for the normal profile, and everything is set up to beep or ring, but it isn;t doing. Even the LED isn't flashing. Any ideas?

    My first question as always, have you tried a battery pull?

    Take the battery out of the phone while the phone is ON.

    Yes I did.

    I think I have just sorted it, I had my status set to unavailable, just changed it back and I have sound.
