I want to get a blackberry but can't decide on the model. I also read that cingular may get the new pearl flip phone. I am not going to use my phone for the internet. I just want all the things the phone can do. This will be my first blackberry, and would like some feed back on which phone wold be the best one for me.

but you need the internet for email and what not? kinda defeats the purpose of blackberry if you dont use it

yea if you dont use the data then you have a big flashy normal phone. data controls the internet, email, blackberry messenger. you need a data plan to get the full bb expierence

LOL!! I do agree with the pp on this one. Without the data plan you just have a phone a nice looking phone. lol!! But if you get the data plan then your options are much bigger and it's worth the extra money. I would say do some research on the phone you like then try to get a unlimited email, BM, YM plan. atleast use the fetures that make it a BB. You will be pleased. good luck and welcome to crackberry.
