    I'm downloading now on one of my Z30s. I hope I will be able to backup on link. I tried all the suggestions offered to me: uninstall all Apple stuff, restart, uninstall Link, restart, reinstall Link, etc).

    It worked fine before the update. Now Link can't read the data on the Z30s. It works on my non-updated Classic.

    As soon as the new update is installed I will try again. Wish me luck!!

    BB 9000 > Q10 > Z10 > Z30 > Z30 > Classic

    Well, that didn't help. Link recognizes that the Z30 is connected, but still won't read the data.
    I give up!!
