Okay, please don't fuss at me. I just bought my first BB today. I was successful getting the email set up, however, I am very unsure why I can't get online. One of my friends said I needed to call someone but did not remember who it was that he called. Can someone please help. Once again, I apologize for my ignorance.
Try logging into the BIS website and sending the service books to your device again. If that doesn't work, I believe he was referring to Verizon and their Blackberry support team.
Try this, call *228, select option 1.
After that if still no internet, call #611 and specifically ask to speak to a blackberry specialist, they'll walk you through sending your service books.
