    Oliver Martinez was always such a a great guy with great customer service. Always replying quick to feedback and always gave great responses. Yesterday, I noticed the price of messenger pro was changed to a higher price and wondered why. So I asked him and he gave me a 100% rude and d I c k replies. Was I being trolled or what? Is he not the one that replies? Because if it's him I'm not supporting him at all anymore. I have all his apps except for messenger pro because of lack of headless. Here are the messages:

    Just wow. I got a rude response to an inquiry regarding his twitter app. Needless to say, I didn't buy it.

    I'll support BlackBerry devs for no reason at all (i.e. Buying apps and hardly using them but supporting it nonetheless), but I won't support arrogance or unprofessional communications from anybody.

    I think there are several people who work with Oliver....at least I hope it was Oliver himself who was so rude. We are waiting on some changes in his Twittly app and have not seen anything from him for a while. I sincerely hope this was an error by someone and NOT Oliver!

    It's so strange because before oliver was the best. Maybe it wasn't oliver who I communicated with before or maybe the person I just exchange emails with wasn't oliver.

    Either way, oliver should make sure everyone in his team is professional. It's a shame because oliver is one gifted kid, but I'm not going to support him anymore unless he apologizes or at least explains what happened.

    I'm all for supporting BlackBerry devs, but some of them are just money grabbers. Okay, i understand everybody gotta make a living. However, they also have to understand business relations, specifically between them, the developers, and us, the ones who buy their apps. Some of them don't bother updating or maintaining their apps. Yes, 2 or 4$ won't break the bank, but when i buy apps i expect improvements, maintenance, and above all, courteous service.
    I made some remarks to Nemory about his messenger app and all i got was basically, "...too bad. You bought it, now u can continue to use it if u want to." His messenger hasn't been updated in more than 6 months. No improvements, no update, and unprofessional communications.

    All the devs out there, learn from the developer of Blaq, the twitter app. His app is always up to date, well maintained, and good customer service.

    'Nuff said.

    Well, sometimes making an app and keeping it up justifies charging a buck or two.

    Personally, I haven't had any problems with any native BlackBerry 10 deb's. Just this occasion with Nemory.

    That's absurd!! Being a small business owner myself, I would never treat a customer like that. Customer service can be a determining factor in someone coming to your business or your competitors. I've checked my apps to make sure I didn't have any from Nemory Studios, and I don't. If I did I would delete them and I don't ever plan on purchasing one from them.

    The only thing I could complain about Nem's apps before today is that he NEVER keeps its apps updated! What I noted is that he puts a lot of effort in making one BIG app. Then, when the hype is high, he releases it, he updates it for a few weeks to resolve the major bugs and then...he disappears..He then comes back a month later announcing he is working on a new BIG app and so on..
