Okay, I'm apart of a yahoo email group.

One of the members cannot reply to any of my emails if I send it from my BB, but can if I send it from my computer...

She's running Vista, windows Mail, verizon.net account.

Any ideas??

Have her try to reply and tell you exactly what happens from there. Also if she creates a new message and sends an email to you does that work?

This is what she said:
I hit reply and my cursor just keep flashing really fast and won't let me hit send I will get part of my message typed and then it starts having a fit and I have to restart windows mail or sometimes I have to reboot.

And yes, she can start a new msg to send....

It got me a little stumped, but to start you might want to recommend that she hits Window Update and installs any updates there. Also does she have SP1? If she doesnt know have her type "winver" into the search bar in the start menu and ask her what is says for version.

Hmmm - here's a kicker...

If i reply to an email, and delete the original text, she can reply to me - no issues!

She's fully updated.
