    Hi, i just bought a new t-mobile curve 8320 and when i transfer music to it, it says that the song is not supported?

    what can i do?

    and are there any progrmas that i can use to create my own ring tones?

    it's cuase the music you are trying to put in it, maybe is DRM. you need a program to remove the DRM so you can play it or use it as a ring tone....

    Google DRM removal and see what you can find. I use TuneCab works great!!!!

    i would've thought the device manager would've taken care of stuff like that. i'm transfering mp3's by the way.

    Where are you getting the MP3's? If yoiu are getting them off a CD, you should be able to play them on your BB. But if you are transferring music that you brought from a program such as iTunes or Yahoo, the it is protected! Tell us what you are doing, and we will be able to help you more!
