    Hey Guys... What better place to look for help.

    I'm having issues with audio cutting out during a call on my 9550, the call does not drop but the other side cannot hear me but I can hear them fine... I have 5 different phones from verizon, wiped and reloaded countlessly, tried w no apps at all. I even had my company delete my Enterprise profile in case something was corrupted. Its driving me nuts, it happens at least every other call. I have latest OS 5.0.0.1015 from VZ

    Soooo.... I was able to capture an item in the event log right after it happened!

    Menu/Options/Status. Type the letters T,E,S,T. Then press Menu/Start. This will activate a Self Diagnostic hardware test. This should at least confirm if it is a hardware issue. Has it been dropped recently? Best of luck.
