My first post since getting my bb a few months back. I have an icon that I don't recognize. It also is not illustrated in my owners manual. It's blue and reads "1 IM". I have no bb messenger or sms messages. Can someone help me figure this one out.
Yeah, IM definitely stands for "Instant Message." Try hitting MENU and making sure all of the applications are shown and not "hidden." Perhaps you have a personal Instant Messaging software on there.
