    My blackberry z10 doesn't turn on after it turn off on its own. It keeps blinking the red LED light 3 to 5 times then pause and continue but doesn't turn on..i even removed and changed the battery but still it kept doing same thing. What can i do,what is happening to it?

    it is more than likely soft-bricked. You will need to reload the OS. Download one from here at CB. Cable your phone to your PC and load up the autoloader.

    Have you tried connecting to wall charge unit to see if led light color changes? To say Green for charging? Then try a different already charged Battery back up.
    If no success then connect to PC LAPTOP with BlackBerry Link Software and. Start troubleshooting from there.
