Yesterday my torch ran out of battery so I put it to charge but it would not charge, I took off the battery for a minute or so and put it back in and tried charging it again and still nothing. I tried charging it on the computer but that didn't work either. I got a friends torch to charge it and it charged so I know the problem isn't the charger. Someone please help!
Hi, regards to the issue on the torch I would say if the device is still under warranty, take it in for repairs. else attempt to turn it on with a known good charged battery and see if that works.
