I just bought the BlackBerry 8310 curve used from a private party. It appears to be in great condition. The speaker on the phone is not working at all. I have gone in through the profiles and turned on all of the alearts on high still nothing works. I tried using the speaker phone and I can't hear anything. I tried to play the ring tones and I don't hear anything.

Any one have any ideas?
I hate to say it, but I think someone might have left out that detail when they sold you the phone.
