You are talking about a word substitution text input.
Go to settings/language & keyboard/prediction and correction/ word substitution/
Create a new entry for your number and the corresponding text

although if you check the list %p is equal to your number.

This already should work. Just press space bar after you type it and it should display your phone number instead of the words. If I read your question correctly?

Yeah. It should already be baked in the OS. If for some reason it isn't, follow Jaydee's instructions. Maybe you could choose a more efficient one. Something like: "my #" or something like that.
