    on my 8130 pearl. everytime i click on the internet button it pops up the black berry loading page and it takes a while.
    what do i do?
    i haven't installed anything.
    should i??
    get back to my asap

    Try a battery pull. With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.
